Privacy policy

Version of 15 October 2026.

Who handles the data

The controller is Rodion Sergeyevich Vovna, a natural person offering website and web-service development. The main country of contact is the Republic of Belarus.

Questions about data: email rodion.vovna@mail.ru, phone +375 29 128-58-18, Telegram @RVovna. No separate postal address is published on this site; send the request to this email.

Which data is collected

Through the inquiry form: name, chosen contact method, phone number or Telegram username, an optional website link, the page language and the consent tick.

If you write yourself by email, Telegram or phone, I receive what you choose to send and what that channel shows.

Hosting and site protection may briefly keep technical logs: IP address, request time and browser type. The logs are for security, not advertising. No analytics or advertising tags are connected.

Why the data is needed

To answer the inquiry, clarify the task, prepare an offer and correspond about the project. The data is not used for newsletters, credit scoring or an advertising profile.

Legal basis

An inquiry is accepted when you tick consent yourself and press the button. That is consent under GDPR Article 6(1)(a), Article 9 of Russian Federal Law No. 152-FZ and Article 5 of Belarus Law No. 99-Z.

Replying to you is also a step you asked for before a contract: GDPR Article 6(1)(b). Hosting logs rely on the legitimate interest of protecting the site, GDPR Article 6(1)(f), and stay limited to that purpose.

For visitors from the United States the site does not sell or share personal information for cross-context advertising as those terms are used in the CCPA/CPRA. The rights below are offered whether or not a state-law threshold is met.

Who receives the data

Inquiries are stored on this website's server. Email, Telegram and phone operators process messages in their own channels under their own rules when you use them.

Data is not sold, rented or passed to advertising networks. There is no separate mailing processor.

Where data is stored

The inquiry record sits on the server that hosts this site. That country depends on the host and may differ from yours.

For the European Union and Poland, Belarus is not covered by a European Commission adequacy decision. The transfer can happen because you ask for a reply and confirm it with consent: GDPR Article 49(1)(a) and (b). No EU representative is appointed: form inquiries are occasional and are not large-scale processing of special-category data, so the Article 27(2) exemption applies. You can still complain to the supervisory authority in your EU country.

If the server is outside Russia, a record about a person in Russia may sit outside Russia. That is stated before the form is sent. On request the record is deleted unless another lawful reason requires it to be kept.

How long data is kept

An inquiry is kept for up to 24 months, or less if the question is closed and you ask for deletion. Hosting logs are usually shorter, as a guide up to 90 days, unless the host sets another security period.

Your rights

You may ask for access, correction, deletion, restriction and a portable copy. You may withdraw consent. Withdrawal does not undo processing that was already lawful. Write to rodion.vovna@mail.ru. I reply within the period your law sets: usually one month under the GDPR, and for California a target of 45 days with a notice if an extension is needed.

  • European Union and Poland: access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, objection and a complaint. The Polish authority is the President of the Personal Data Protection Office, ul. Stanisława Moniuszki 1A, 00-014 Warszawa, uodo.gov.pl. In another EU country, contact the local authority.
  • Russia: rights under 152-FZ, including clarification, blocking, destruction and withdrawal of consent. Complaints go to Roskomnadzor, rkn.gov.ru.
  • Belarus: rights under Law No. 99-Z, including withdrawal and a complaint. The authority is the National Personal Data Protection Centre, cpd.by.
  • United States, including California: know, correct, delete, and opt out of sale or sharing. There is no sale or sharing, so a separate Do Not Sell switch would not change the site. A request does not worsen the reply. An appeal of a refusal can be sent to the same email.

Children

The site is for adult clients. Children's data is not knowingly collected. If such a message arrives, email me and the record will be deleted.

Cookies and browser storage

There are no non-essential cookies: no analytics and no advertising pixels. The language is in the page address, and no language cookie is set. A cookie banner is therefore not required under the ePrivacy rules, Polish practice and similar rules, until non-essential trackers are added.

If trackers are added later, they will stay off until a separate consent that can be refused.

How to withdraw consent

Email rodion.vovna@mail.ru with the subject Consent withdrawal and the name and contact used in the inquiry. Processing for the reply stops, and the record is deleted unless a claim or a legal duty requires it to be kept.

Without the consent tick the form is not sent. You can still call, email or write on Telegram.

Changes

A new version is published on this page with a date. Consent already given is not stretched to new purposes without a new confirmation.
