How consent is given
Consent is given by the person who fills in the form. It is not pre-ticked. To send an inquiry you tick consent and press Discuss the project. Next to the button: by clicking the button, you agree to the Privacy Policy and consent to the processing of personal data.
The record of consent is the tick, the button press, the time of sending and the text of this page. That is the affirmative act required by the GDPR, Russian 152-FZ, Belarus Law No. 99-Z, and a consent record for visitors from Poland and the United States.
Data covered
Name; phone number or Telegram username; optional website link; page language; technical time when the inquiry was sent.
Purposes
To answer the inquiry, clarify the task and prepare an offer to build a website or web service. There is no other purpose, including a marketing list.
Actions
Collection, recording, storage, use for correspondence and deletion. Automated decisions and profiling are not used.
Term
Until the reply and the correspondence are finished, and no longer than 24 months. Withdrawal can shorten that term.
Cross-border transfer
The record may be stored on a server outside your country, including a transfer from Belarus, Russia or the EU to the site host. A copy of the inquiry is sent to the operator in Telegram so it can be answered. Consent covers these transfers only for the inquiry.
Refusal and withdrawal
Consent is voluntary. If you do not give it, the form is not sent and a reply through the form should not be expected. A call and an email remain available.
Withdrawal: email rodion.vovna@mail.ru with the subject Consent withdrawal. Withdrawal does not affect processing that was lawful before that moment.
